The angst-ridden Gen-Xers (as they were labelled) no longer dominate our workplaces. We have come face-to-face with an environment that has been altered by Generation Y-Millennials. In this work¬shop, we will look at the evolving and diverging interests within the millennial segment of the population.
Millennial expectations are vastly different than their predecessors, the Baby Boomers and Generation X. The silver spoon has been replaced with a silver smart phone. Texting, tweeting and faceless interaction is the norm. Old rules have been broken and a new digital frontier is evolving daily and changing social norms. In this interactive workshop we will do more than repeat assumptions and commonalities; we will take a look at the Millennials themselves and try to identify how this group is changing. We will try to answer questions like: “How are Millennials different from previous age cohorts?” and “What are their real expectations?”
